DeepRipper is an AudioCD ripping solution for Windows. It is a very minimalist and simple application which is free and should really suffice for quick CD rips. The application consists of a single window. There, when the application detects an AudioCD, you will be able to input the CD information (artist, album, genre, year). That information is going to be used to name the files and folders to be created by the ripping process. It is unclear whether DeepRipper downloads that information automatically off the Internet but, I take it, it does not. Still, that is only a plus. DeepRipper can rip AudioCDs to WAV/OGG or MP3. There are a few options that can be modified for each format, but there aren't a LOT of them. You can change the minimum and maximum bitrate and specify a quality preset for your rips. The settings will apply to the whole CD. You can also choose what version of the codec you want to use (depending on the codecs installed on your system). After those few settings have been set, you can begin ripping one or more songs. Or you can have the application do the whole CD by clicking 'Select all songs'. DeepRipper is VERY basic, but does a good job bringing music from a CD to the computer.
